Challenge
LEEDARSON is a high tech corporation that specializes in the R&D and production of IoT products consisting of sensors, controls, cameras, and home appliances, along with connected and non-connected LED bulbs, fixtures, luminaires and light sources. The company featured outstanding product development and engineering teams, but lacked any marketing or business development in the U.S.
Objective
Our work was focused on the identification of market opportunities in the U.S., encompassing both product strategy and a customer base for new and existing products. Particular emphasis was placed on the potential servicing of a broad variety of business channels and verticals, with the appropriate deployment of LEEDARSON’S strengths in RF engineering, including Z-Wave, ZigBee, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth solutions.
